🔧 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Pega PRPC (v7.x / v8.x) while ensuring high performance and quality standards.
You will be responsible for handling complete lifecycle activities including architecture design, workflow development, and deployment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing Pega-based solutions using best coding practices
• Working on end-to-end PRPC implementation including class structure, rulesets, and workflows
• Designing and configuring components like Flows, Activities, UI, SLA, Agents, and Reports
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including onsite and offshore stakeholders
• Handling system integrations using MQ, Kafka, APIs, and other connectors
• Participating in requirement analysis, solution design, and documentation
• Supporting administrative activities such as installation, configuration, security, and performance tuning
💡 Must-Have Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in Pega development.
• Strong experience in Pega PRPC frameworks and development
• Mandatory certification: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Good understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) concepts
• Expertise in Flows, Activities, UI, Flow Actions, SLA, Security, and Reports
• Strong knowledge of integrations (MQ, Kafka, REST/SOAP APIs)
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills for client and team coordination
➕ Good-to-Have Skills
While not mandatory, these skills will give you an added advantage:
• Experience working in the Healthcare domain
• Hands-on experience with Pega Smart Claims Engine (SCE)
• Exposure to large-scale system modernization or migration projects
• Knowledge of Pega administration including user access, security setup, and performance tuning
